This customised, full body oil massage uses many different approaches from around the world.
Deep tissue and remedial massage techniques are used along with various muscular release movements to loosen all muscles, increase joint mobility and fight postural aches and pains. Stretches are applied whilst another part of the body is massaged; this enables a long deep stretch to be held when it may otherwise be uncomfortable.
Relax as your body is rocked, pulled, massaged and stretched.
